"Fear of Loss" Symbol Group Session

With so much grace & love and so much depth. This is a topic dear to my heart. The transition between seen & unseen, between together and not together & the fear of transitioning including the remembrance of having lost so much in our DNA - from this life, ancestors & the multiverse. May that be people, places, things, gifts, planets, galaxies. The fear of loss runs deep. 

This is a 1 hour group session with an healing activation from a new symbol that came through. I invite you to go through a door, that enables bringing those beautiful pieces of fear of loss back to the balance/center itself. Let's gather together with silence, breath, music & the power of the symbol.

What you need: 

- comfy clothes

- your own space/room

- a mat/bed where you can comfortably sit and also lay down/relax

Additionally (don't mix them together):

- a glas of water

- a slice of orange

- a piece of thyme
